Dr. Vedder recognizes and appreciates Dyna Robotics’ leadership in the industry and Dyna Robotics recognizes and appreciates Dr. Vedder’s contributions. After forensic vendor review, Dr. Vedder has demonstrated that he is not in possession of Dyna Robotics’ Proprietary Information. Both Dyna Robotics and Dr. Vedder are pleased to put this dispute behind them.
